As someone who has worked with people grieving the loss of their beloved dogs, I highly recommend this book. The illustrations wrap around your grieving heart, as the words give voice to feelings so hard to express. Thank you x

A beautiful book that explores Grief and Memory and the words are supported by the most evocative drawings. This book touched my heart and soul. Each time we give our love to a dog we know we will have to travel through Grief and Memories in the future. This book helps the process.

This book 'hits' for me on so many levels. Elspeth perfectly describes the universal grief experience in words and illustrations (if you've lost a beloved pet and/or human). We've lost four dogs in the span of 1.5 years and this book is already a cathartic tool for me. I plan on sharing this book FAR and WIDE!! I was so excited to get this. It was lovely to see my rainbow bridge dogs on the dedication page. I have just read it or should I say cried through it. You have said so well how it feels. Grief never leaves it just gets easier to live with as your memories shine through. Thank you for writing this book and while it makes me cry I love it.
