Eloquently describes and illustrates the grief experience
This book 'hits' for me on so many levels. Elspeth perfectly describes the universal grief experience in words and illustrations (if you've lost a beloved pet and/or human). We've lost four dogs in the span of 1.5 years and this book is already a cathartic tool for me. I plan on sharing this book FAR and WIDE!! Lovely book
I was so excited to get this. It was lovely to see my rainbow bridge dogs on the dedication page. I have just read it or should I say cried through it. You have said so well how it feels. Grief never leaves it just gets easier to live with as your memories shine through. Thank you for writing this book and while it makes me cry I love it. It will be going on the shelf with the dogs that have gone before.
